Pay as you go and
prepaid home phone plans from Primus Telecom. I need a cell phone that
will work reliably no matter where I am, locally or across North
America. Internet Phone (Primus et al) is more flexible, and cheaper --
you're paying for the Internet anyway, and it uses it to get to the PSTN
cloud. Due in part to its relatively new status, there are only a few
major providers of broadband phone service, two of those being Primus
and Vonage. Telephone monolith Bell Canada is offering a "digital voice"
service, as are smaller phone companies such as Primus and
Saskatchewan's Navigata. We have just converted our office phone lines
to VoIP--“we're actually using a local Canadian provider called Primus
for the occasion. For example, Lingo, a service of international phone
carrier Primus Telecommunications, has traditionally served
